As a small business, all of our embroidered, printed, and personalised items are made to order specifically for each customer. We do not hold large quantities of pre-made stock.
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 4-7 working days from order confirmation unless otherwise stated, plus delivery time. During busy periods, seasonal peaks, or for large orders, production times may be longer. Any estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
We will always endeavour to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible and will contact you if there are any significant delays.
Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to the personalised nature of the products.
All embroidered, printed, or otherwise personalised products are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. Therefore, personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us.
Please check all spelling, names, dates, sizes, colours, and artwork carefully before submitting your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors approved by the customer.
If you believe your personalised item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the order you placed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographs and details of the issue. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
