At AIRE, each piece is thoughtfully personalised and made to order, which means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All personalised items are final sale
  • We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed

We kindly ask that all personalisation details are checked carefully before submitting your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or not as ordered, we will of course make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@aireembroidery.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Personalised Items (if applicable)

If you offer any non-personalised products, you can include:

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Additional Information

  • We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (e.g. spelling mistakes)
  • Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products
